I spend a substantial amount of years feeling anger, sadness, unsure, anxiety, and overwhelmed due to fears and limited self-beliefs. After the death of a loved one, a toxic narcissistic relationship I kept myself stuck. I lived my life for everyone else.

 

Then, I decided to focus on my healing which changed the course of my life.

 

I did a lot of inner work. The search within me had me face my shadows. I no longer suffer from anxiety, the layers of fear and limitations have been peeled off.

 

I’ve claimed my worth through my awakening process.

I’m a certified Integrative life coach, cosmologist, aesthetician, reiki master, hypnotherapist, and am bilingual in both Spanish and English. I am also a mom and a lifelong learner of personal growth.
